Quotes and Pricing

Every quote is prepared from your requested karat, approximate weight, length, design, personalization, stones, and the current gold market. A quote is not final until Twin’s Jewelry confirms the specifications with you.

Design Approval

Before production begins, we will confirm the design details, estimated completion time, payment schedule, and any applicable pickup or delivery arrangements.

Deposit and Production

Custom production begins only after you approve the design and the required deposit is received. Your individual deposit amount and remaining balance will be confirmed before payment.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes should be requested before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, personalization has started, or production is underway, changes or cancellations may be limited. Any cancellation or refund terms will be explained before your deposit is accepted.

Final Weight and Appearance

Because each piece is handmade, final weight and small visual details may vary slightly from the estimate or inspiration photographs. Any material price adjustment will be communicated before completion.

Pickup, Balance, and Inspection

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms confirmed for your order. Customers should inspect the finished piece at pickup or promptly after delivery and contact us with any concern.
